As Vice President of Health Systems Performance, Juliana is accountable for operations of the company that include Transformation and Quality, Community Engagement, Health Equity, Decision Support, and Software Development. Juliana has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare across a broad domain that includes primary care, hospitals, health plans, health IT, quality and value-based care.

With a passion for improving care for the Medicaid population, most recently Juliana worked in an operations, growth and strategy focused role within a population health and analytics firm based out of Boston, where she provided consultative support on population health strategy for over a dozen major health systems and health plans across the United States.

Before her experience on the vendor side Juliana served in the Oregon Medicaid space as a Director of Business Intelligence for a coordinated care organization that managed a population of over 100,000 Medicaid lives.

Juliana is a fourth generation Oregonian and a dual citizen of Ireland.

Juliana holds a bachelor’s in Social Science from Portland State University and a Master of Public Health focused in Health Disparities, Primary Care and Bioinformatics from OHSU.
