As Chief Operating Officer at Umpqua Health, Nancy Rickenbach is responsible for the operations of the company that includes Pharmacy, Case Management, Utilization Management, Appeals and Grievances, Decision Support, Software Development, Customer Care and Clinic Operations of their Rural Health Clinic in Roseburg, Oregon. She brings more than three decades of experience to Umpqua Health. Her experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering operational excellence.

Prior to joining Umpqua Health in 2020, Nancy was the CEO/COO of another Coordinated Care Organization in Oregon for six years.  In addition, Nancy held various senior leadership positions within Medicaid Managed Care and Medicare Advantage over the prior two decades in Oregon and Washington.

Nancy has a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
