Keep Your OHP Coverage
To keep your Oregon Health Plan coverage, you must update your information every year. This helps the state check if you still qualify for benefits.
You will get a letter from the Oregon Health Authority when it is time to renew. The letter will explain what to do and how to send your information.
If you do not respond, your benefits could end. To avoid a gap in coverage, follow the steps in the letter as soon as possible. If you need help, there are people who can support you through the process.
