Someone May Be Pretending to Call From Umpqua Health
We received a report about a scam call that looked like it came from an Umpqua Health phone number. The caller asked for Medicaid information.
Do not give personal or Medicaid information to a caller if you are not sure who they are.
Scammers can make a fake phone number appear on your caller ID. This can make the call look like it is from Umpqua Health.
If you get a call that does not seem right:
- Hang up.
- Do not give the caller personal information.
- Call Umpqua Health using the phone number on your member ID card.
