Important: 2026 Member ID Cards Printed With Incorrect Rx BIN
Umpqua Health Alliance has identified an error on some 2026 member ID cards. The Rx BIN number printed on the card is incorrect.
Correct 2026 Rx BIN: 017142
What this means:
- Providers and pharmacies: Use Rx BIN 017142 when submitting pharmacy claims for Umpqua Health Alliance members in 2026.
- Members: If a pharmacy has trouble processing your prescription, tell them the correct Rx BIN is 017142.
