Umpqua Health Newton Creek Clinic
Looking for a local clinic? We also operate Umpqua Health – Newton Creek, a Rural Health Clinic committed to providing accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive primary care, behavioral health services, and urgent care.
You do not need to be an Umpqua Health Alliance member to make an appointment. Our clinic serves patients of all ages and backgrounds with a strong emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.
