Umpqua Health Alliance
Our organization includes Umpqua Health Alliance (UHA), the coordinated care organization (CCO) for most of Douglas County, which provides Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) coverage to thousands of local members. Through UHA, we coordinate physical, behavioral, and oral healthcare services to ensure our members receive high-quality, whole-person care.

Newton Creek Clinic
We also operate Umpqua Health – Newton Creek, a Rural Health Clinic committed to providing accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive primary care, behavioral health services, and urgent care. Our clinic serves patients of all ages and backgrounds with a strong emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.
