What the Grant Funds
OHA is looking for proposals that do both of the following:
- Outreach to people without health insurance, or with too little coverage, who may qualify for OHP.
- System navigation that helps anyone understand and use their coverage options, whatever type of insurance they may qualify for.
Who Can Apply
Your organization must:
- Have a physical presence in one or more Oregon counties
- Describe the specific community or communities you’ll focus on
